as a real estate and have the same characteristics as a traditional
building system.
You should have a land parcel where you can build
on (having spanish autorities autorization). If the land can’t
support a foundation, or has no access to a sewage system, it
may not have development potential.
Once you choose a house model to build, we provide
you with all information you need before start building (technic
sketch plan approved by the Architects Panel needed for the building
permit process)
CONTRACTING PROCESS STEPS:
Once you have obtained a building permit, contract
with a builder is to be signed before work commences. In addition
to the construction drawings you've already purchased (to obtain
a building permit), you'll have a set of specifications to know
how much the finished house is going to cost, lead time, etc.
